We understand recruitment

At a1r, everything we do is driven by our desire to provide the best possible service to clients and candidates

Our experienced team care passionately about getting the right people into the right places - and helping them to stay there

The A1R story

Launched in 2015, a1r was born out of a desire to breathe new life into the recruitment industry.

The company was founded by experienced recruitment professional Pamela Easen and is based on the strong values for compliance, integrity, efficiency and quality synonymous with H1 Healthcare, which Pamela set up in 2002.

Operating nationwide and across the Middle East, a1r can provide a flexible and bespoke service to meet clients’ needs, which starts with a comprehensive understanding of their overall requirements.

All candidates are interviewed face to face and CVs are thoroughly evaluated and revised where appropriate to promote relevant abilities and experience.

Our values

  • Compliance: A core aspect – we work as one team to a consistently high standard;
  • Integrity: Maintaining high standards of ethical behaviour;
  • Quality: Providing an excellent service through strong partnerships with stakeholders, rigorous processes for service delivery and continuous improvement;
  • Innovation: As a1r moves forward, we will continue to evaluate and meet our clients’ needs through improved efficiency and productivity;
  • Respect: Ensuring that clients’ and candidates’ details remain confidential;
  • Value: By operating efficiently and with due diligence, we will ensure the cost of services delivered are optimised.
